Privacy Policy - Quick Brain: IQ Game
Effective date: May 27, 2026
Quick Brain: IQ Game (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Quick Brain: IQ Game mobile application (the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data may be processed when you use the Service, the purposes of processing, the legal bases, your rights, and how you can contact us.
1. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for the processing of personal data described in this Privacy Policy is:
- Data controller: ABC Entertainment
- Contact email: abcentertainment.games@gmail.com
We do not operate our own backend servers for collecting personal information. However, the Service uses third-party services provided by Google that may collect or process information as described below.
2. Legal Framework
This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable data protection and digital service regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (“LOPDGDD”), and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSI-CE”), where applicable.
Where advertising, analytics, identifiers, SDKs, or similar technologies are used, we also take into account applicable rules related to electronic communications, privacy, consent, and similar technologies, including ePrivacy-related requirements where applicable.
3. Information We Collect Directly
We do not ask users to provide personal information such as name, email address, date of birth, phone number, contacts, photos, messages, payment information, or precise location through our own servers.
The Service stores gameplay progress primarily on your device. The Service also uses Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob to operate, analyze, improve, diagnose, and monetize the app. Google Play Games Services may also be used for sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, and cloud save functionality.
4. Local Data Storage
The Service stores gameplay and preference data locally on your device. This may include:
- Game progress, XP, level, player title, unlocked difficulties, and achievements
- Scores, challenge stars, best infinite scores, total runs, puzzles solved, and gameplay statistics
- Daily streaks, daily rewards, daily challenge history, missions, lives, and restore timers
- Language, theme, accent color, sound, and haptic settings
- Local dates, timestamps, and trusted network time information used to support daily rewards and streak logic
This local data is not sent to our own servers. If you use Google Play Games sign-in, some gameplay data may be synchronized through Google Play Games cloud save as described below.
You may reset local progress from within the app where this option is available. Resetting local data may not delete data already processed by third-party services such as Google Play Games, Firebase, or Google AdMob.

6. Legitimate Interest Assessment
Where we rely on legitimate interest, we do so only for purposes that are necessary for operating, securing, analyzing, improving, or maintaining the Service.
We consider that these interests do not override the fundamental rights and freedoms of users because:
- The Service does not ask users to provide personal information through our own servers.
- Analytics events are high-level and are not intended to include individual answers, exact puzzle content, free text, email addresses, real names, or Google Play Games player IDs.
- Crash reporting is limited to diagnosing technical errors and improving app stability.

Firebase Analytics may collect high-level app, gameplay, language, and rewarded-ad events, such as:
- Opening or using game modes
- Starting, completing, or failing a run

- Interacting with rewarded ads
- General app usage and performance-related analytics handled by Firebase
These events may include limited gameplay parameters such as game mode, run type, difficulty, score, duration, failure reason, selected language, ad placement, ad source, and ad error information.
We do not intentionally send individual answers, exact puzzle content, puzzle symbols, generated sequences, free text, email addresses, real names, or Google Play Games player IDs to Firebase Analytics.
Firebase Analytics is provided by Google. More information is available at:
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

- Crash information and stack traces
- Error messages and non-fatal error reports
- Device, operating system, and app diagnostic information handled by Firebase
- Limited custom diagnostic keys, such as app version, build number, selected language, current screen, current game mode, current run type, and whether QA/debug tools are enabled
We do not intentionally send email addresses, real names, contacts, photos, messages, payment information, precise location, or Google Play Games player IDs to Firebase Crashlytics.
Firebase Crashlytics is provided by Google. More information is available at:
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
10. Advertising, SDKs, and Google AdMob
The Service uses Google AdMob to provide advertising. The current app experience focuses on rewarded advertisements, which may be offered for benefits such as restoring a life, continuing after a failed run, or receiving an additional reward.
AdMob and related Google SDKs may use identifiers, SDK storage, advertising technologies, or similar mechanisms on your device. Where required by applicable law, consent may be requested or managed through platform-level, Google-level, or device-level controls.
AdMob may process information such as:

https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/6048248
More information about Google advertising technologies is available at:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
11. Network Time Checks
The Service may perform limited network time checks using third-party endpoints to read a trusted server date/time header. This is used to support gameplay systems such as daily rewards, streaks, and time-based restoration logic.
These checks are not used by us to create user profiles or collect personal information through our own servers.
12. Android Permissions
The Service may request or declare the following Android permissions:
- Internet access: used for Google Play Games, Firebase, AdMob, and network time checks.
- Network state access: used to check connectivity.

The Service does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos, videos, audio files, external storage, or notification permissions.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the following third-party services:
- Google Play Games Services
- Google Firebase Analytics
- Google Firebase Crashlytics
- Google AdMob
These services are provided by Google and may collect, process, or share information according to their own privacy policies and terms. In some cases, Google may act as an independent controller or processor depending on the specific service and processing activity.

14. International Data Transfers
Third-party service providers such as Google may process information on servers located in different countries, including countries outside the European Economic Area.
Where international transfers occur, they may be carried out using safeguards recognized under applicable data protection law, such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or other mechanisms implemented by the relevant third-party provider.
More information about Google’s privacy practices and international data processing is available in Google’s own privacy resources:

15. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We may share or allow processing of information through third-party service providers only as needed to operate, analyze, secure, improve, or monetize the Service. This includes Google services used for sign-in, cloud save, achievements, leaderboards, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising.
We do not operate a first-party backend server that collects personal information from users.
16. Consent and Withdrawal of Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Depending on the service, consent and privacy controls may be managed through your Android device settings, Google account settings, Google Play Games settings, advertising personalization settings, or other controls provided by Google.
You may also contact us at abcentertainment.games@gmail.com to exercise your privacy rights or ask questions about consent-related processing.

18. Data Retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset progress, clear app data, uninstall the app, or the app updates or device system behavior affects local storage.
Data processed by third-party services such as Google Play Games, Firebase, and AdMob is retained according to Google’s own policies, settings, and retention controls.

21. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information processed through the Service, taking into account the nature of the data and the risks involved.
The Service stores gameplay data locally on the device and relies on trusted third-party providers such as Google for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and Play Games features. Access to third-party service dashboards and accounts is restricted to authorized access controlled through those providers.
